She's a talker!

Well, apparently Mia inherited something else from me... she likes to talk just to hear herself talk.
She's really cute about it. If you start asking her questions, she'll "answer" you. Once she gets going, she just doesn't stop. She'll talk and talk and talk and talk.... Where does she get it?
I think she actually thinks she's telling us something. She'll go on and on happily for a while. But at some point it's like she's trying to make a point that we're just not getting. She repeats herself, only louder this time. And, she gets this expression on her face like "So... why aren't you doing what I asked?" She repeats herself even louder. I patiently explain to her that I don't understand what she's saying and then the crying starts.
It seems like it's really frustrating for her. I do wish I could understand. I guess we'll just have to wait until she learns English. Of course then we'll never hear the end of it.
