She can play!

I have a couple soft toys hanging from Ellerie's car seat to keep her occupied if she happens to be awake in the car. Yes, I know the perils of these toys and I'm OK with the risk! They attach via magnet and don't take a whole lot of effort to pull them off. For the last couple days, when I went to get Ellerie out, I've found one of them pulled off the handle and clutched in her tiny hand. The first time I thought it was just an accident, but after a few more times I realized she was purposely grabbing at things so I figured it was time to dust off the play gym. Lots of colorful hanging things to bat at and grab. She's having a great time with her new activity!
